April 11-13th

Youth and adult companions from all over the district are invited to join us at Jefferson Unitarian Universalist Church to celebrate the transition of youth to young adulthood known as “bridging” for our friends in their last year of high school or the equivelant. Not only does the youth community want to wish them well on the next stage of their journey, we want to stay connected, offer resources and skills for a supported transition.

Young adults are welcome to attend too! First and foremost young adults are invited to the bridging ceremony on Saturday night and stay tuned to find out how you can participate in other ways to support you new fellow young adults.

Parents are welcome to attend too! The bridging ceremony on Saturday night is an emotional tradition where bridging youth get to speak to the community about the impact UU youth ministry has had on their lives.
