The PWR Full Community page has updated info on the following highlights:
Full Community Team:
Youth Representatives from all 4 districts are charged with ensuring an inclusive, engaging experience for youth who attend.
Everyone (or every group) is responsible for coordinating travel to the event. Post on the Facebook Event page if you want to coordinate with other groups.
Each participant (or group) is in charge of their own reservations at the Double Tree. Rooms sleep 4. Youth and adults may ONLY share rooms if they are family.
The ratio of youth:sponsor is 1:4. We've chosen to increase the ratio to accomodate the fact that you can fit 4 youth to a room. I highly suggest finding a sponsor from your congregation.
Permission Form Deadline:
After registering online each youth must mail in the Code of Ethics and Medical/Photo release form to the PNWD Main Office by APRIL 10TH.
After registering online, each sponsor must mail in the Code of Ethics to the PNWD Main Office by APRIL 10TH.
Youth and sponsors are invited to Friday night's orientation which will be a chance to get to know each other and learn about the weekend
There will be alternative programming for anyone not interested in attending the business meetings
Friday night curfew is 12:30AM so you can be well rested for Saturday fun. Saturday's curfew is under review. Weigh in on the Facebook Page
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any additional questions!

Winter Con’s theme is Equality. 70 to 100 youth and sponsors from more than 15 congregations around the district will gather to engage in an intentional learning community: building relationships, deepening their spirituality and living in the mystery of Oneness. The experience is truly transformational. I encourage you to ask youth who’ve been to a con before to give you some highlights.
