MISSION STATEMENT

Provide direct assistance addressing issues unique to individual congregations with a consulting, educational and supportive process by applying professional resources, skills and techniques in a cost effective and affordable way with quality outcomes and results.

GOAL

Objective ? Create a forum to facilitate refining the paradigm/model for delivering professional resources within the district

1.Research other district models.
2.Correspond with providers and introduce new MDD structure. Recommend retreat environment to bring providers together
3.Schedule retreat
4.Organize retreat
5.Hold retreat (mid-summer 2004)
6.Implement results of retreat
