Our Vision: Support heath, well-being and opportunities for growth by making professional resources available to congregations in proactive or reactive environments, encouraging and empowering them towards stability, sustainability and future growth.

Our Mission: Provide direct assistance, addressing issues unique to individual congregations with a consulting, educational and supportive process by applying professional resources, skills and techniques in a cost effective and affordable way with quality outcomes and results.

Projects:

    • Develop a connection among providers
    • Agree to a set of communication to be delivered within each service
    • Establish professional standards that reflect our UU faith
    • Research other District models
    • Bring providers together
    • Create an environment for mutual development
    • Communicate with congregations about resources available and how to engage them
