Namaqua UU Seeks Religious Exploration Coordinator

Namaqua Unitarian Universalist Congregation is seeking a Religious Exploration Coordinator for our children’s program.  The RE Coordinator will work with Todd Strickland, our consulting minister and part-time Director of Religious Education, to coordinate materials for up to 3 RE children’s classes each Sunday, including Preschool, Primary, and Elementary. The position begins August 16th with a 2-week preparation period for the new church year. Beginning in September, the RE Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be the weekly coordination of the Sunday RE program.

We anticipate that the total hours required for this job will average 45/month, and will be compensated at a monthly salary of $580 ($12.88/hr).  This is an 11-month position running August through June each year.
