About our congregation

The (Greatest) Unitarian Universalist Church of (Hometown) is a diverse group of religious independents seeking knowledge, spiritual sustenance, fellowship and opportunities for service to others. Lifespan Religious Education is a primary focus within the congregation with the needs of adults, youth and children addressed.

Persons of every lifestyle and ideology are welcome here. There is no creed, theological or political, to which one must subscribe for virtue; Varying points of view enrich the congregation through the free exchange of ideas and minds.

The Congregation affirms love as its chief doctrine, the quest for truth as a sacrament, and service as a prayer. Members covenant together to seek knowledge in freedom, and to serve others in community to the end that all souls shall grow into harmony with creation.
